Please read through the Terms prior to using the Site. Each time you access or use the Site, you acknowledge and signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the most current version of these terms of use.

If you do not agree with these terms of use, you may not access or use the Site. By using our website and services, it indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the Terms as follows:

1. Information about us

If we need to contact you for service-related matters, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you have provided to us in your order. "Writing" or "written" in these Terms includes emails.

 

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve

(a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

 

3. Links to third party sites

The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not affiliated with or owned, operated, or controlled by us, including third party payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that Auryn Label is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third party websites or the companies that own them. By using the Site, you expressly relieve Auryn Label from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third party website.

We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party websites before using them and disclosing your personal data to them.


2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in SGD and inclusive/exclusive of tax where applicable.

You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Site.

You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us will be assigned an order number. Please use this order number whenever you contact us about your order.

 

If we are unable to process or fulfil your order, we will contact you. This could be due to (but not limited to) the following:

  •  product out of stock
  • unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan for
  • credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements
  • we have identified an error in the price or description of the product
  • we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified

The price payable by you for the product shall be the price of the product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site, and any applicable taxes.

All prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated (taxes have already been included for orders mailed to an address in Singapore)

We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.

Please complete payment at the moment your order was placed as all unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after an hour. 

We accept all major credit cards.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Our local delivery partners are at the moment Singpost & Ninja Van. They will be responsible for delivering the product to the address specified in your order.

You are responsible for providing accurate address for delivery. Auryn Label shall not be responsible for any mistakes in address specified in your order. 

If delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched after it becomes available. Neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

Free shipping will be provided for orders above $75. 

For the purpose of these Terms, the "delivery" shall be understood to have taken place or the order "delivered" as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by proof of delivery by our courier partner or the signing of the receipt of the order, at the delivery address indicated by you in your order. 

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to items being unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Please lodge a request to return your order ("Return Order Request"), within the acceptance period and include the the email sent from us confirming receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"), or the email sent from us confirming the dispatch of your order ("Shipment Confirmation") purchased on the Site. 

Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.

Customers bear return shipping costs and a restocking fee of $2 unless items are defective. Returns will be refunded in terms of store credits, and will remain valid for a year.

Bounced Packages

In the event (i) the delivery of product(s) is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery; and/or (ii) the product(s) cannot be delivered after 3 attempts; and/or (iii) the product(s) are not collected within 30 days from the pick-up point location, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do the following: 

(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; and/or

(b) no longer make the product(s) available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Order, in which case we will refund to you in store credits as applicable any money already paid to us under the Order, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the product(s), and any storage fees. 


5. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to studio lightings, screen settings or fabric characteristics. 

Color shown on your screen may vary due to different screen calibration and brightness from device to device. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, and this will not be used as an acceptable reason for returns.

Minor variations in measurement (within 1 inch) are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate.

6. Liability

Auryn Label endeavour to mail out parcels within the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting delivery method and, in any case within a maximum period of 30) days from the date of the Order Confirmation. 

Should the order consist of product(s) under pre-order, please refer to the estimated timeline for delivery for that product(s). Should you prefer to receive the in stock products first, kindly place a separate order for the pre-order products.

Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.

Our local delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specified in your order. 

If delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched after it becomes available. Neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

For the purpose of these Terms, the "delivery" shall be understood to have taken place or the order "delivered" as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by proof of delivery by our courier partner or the signing of the receipt of the order, at the delivery address indicated by you in your order. 


7. Personal Data

We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to supply the product to you, process your payment for the product, to send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes. You should read our Privacy Policy for full details on what information we collect relating to you.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site means acceptance of the latest version.
