Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped by our shipping partners. 

Shipping costs are reflected on the payments page. Free shipping will be provided for orders above S$80.

We aspire to ship out your purchases within 3 working days. An email notification will be sent once your parcel has been shipped.

Please note that orders consisting of in stock and backorders will automatically be split into two. We will send out in stock products and backorder separately.

You are responsible for providing accurate address for delivery. Auryn Label shall not be responsible for any mistakes in address specified in your order. 

If delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched after it becomes available. Neither we nor our partners shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

For the purpose of these Terms, the "delivery" shall be understood to have taken place or the order "delivered" as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by proof of delivery by our courier partner or the signing of the receipt of the order, at the delivery address indicated by you in your order.
