Returns Policy
Auryn's Returns Policy
At Auryn, we believe that you need to feel confident in your apparels. We gladly allow returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply reach out to our team via email at dear.auryn@gmail.com with your order number or shipment delivery email and we will process your returns.
Please ensure that items are returned with all tags and labels intact, unaltered, unworn and unwashed. There will be a restocking fee of $2 for each returned item. All items returned will be subjected to a check. Customers are responsible for return postage fees. We recommend using a trackable postage method as we will not be liable for lost mails.
All refunds will only be made after items are received by Auryn Label and pass our checks.
Refunds will only be made in the form of store credits, and will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.
For Defective Items
If you believe you have received a defective item, send us an email at dear.auryn@gmail.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. We reserve the right to reject your request for an exchange or refund if item(s) do not comply with the above.
Once our customer service team has confirmed that the item(s) are eligible for return due to a defect, we reserve the right to choose one of the following options at our discretion:

Request that you return the item(s) to us; or
-
Allow you to keep the item(s) while we process a replacement or issue a refund via store credits.
Should we request for the item(s) to be returned, please note that we will reimburse the postage costs, up to the amount equivalent to our least expensive delivery method. To illustrate, if an expedited delivery option was selected despite the availability of a standard, more economical option, the refund would be limited to the cost of the standard delivery.
Upon written confirmation of your eligibility for a replacement or refund, please allow 30 business days for our processing of the request. You will receive an email once your refund/exchange is processed. Where store credits are issued, such store credits will expire after 1 year.
For Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received the wrong item, send us an email at dear.auryn@gmail.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. We reserve the right to reject your request for a refund if item(s) do not comply with the above.
Once our customer service team has confirmed that the item(s) are eligible for return due to being incorrect, we reserve the right to choose one of the following options at our discretion:

Request that you return the item(s) to us; or

Allow you to keep the item(s) while we process a replacement or issue a refund via store credits or to your original payment method, in Auryn Label's sole discretion.

We are not responsible for lost packages. We advise you to use a reliable shipment / delivery service that provides a tracking number. We are also not responsible for non-Auryn Label products included in any returns.
Auryn Label reserves the right to refuse returns of any products that do not meet the above return requirements in Auryn Label's sole discretion. We take the security and integrity of our services seriously, and we may take necessary actions, including closing an account or refusing returns, if we suspect any fraudulent behavior, excessive returns, or violations of our Terms.
Please include with the product(s) being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings. After reviewing the product(s), we will let you know whether or not you have a right to a refund based on our return policy conditions.
If your returns are in order and accepted by us, we will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. All refunds will be in store credits unless otherwise stated by Auryn Label in writing. Store credits will be valid only for 1 year from the date they are credited into your account.
Exclusions
The following products are not eligible for returns:

All product(s) sold at marked down prices are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.

All full priced product(s) sold with promotional codes in which the terms attached to such promotions have been stated that exchange, refund and return is not allowed, are not eligible for exchange, refund or return,

All product(s) procured pursuant to any giveaways or contests shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions and are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
- Auryn Label products that was not purchased directly from our site will not be eligible for returns.
